Ralf & his team has installed Solar panels, battery, heat pump for hot water and underfloor heating and a heat pump for the pool. Always on time, leaving the place cleaner than when they came and friendly, always willing to answer the tidal wave of questions. All in all a superimpressive installation and we are really looking forward to relax and take a swim in the pool while the units saves us money. We had a few quotes and discussions with solar panel suppliers and definitely had the best advice and installation experience with Ralf and his team. The installation went very smoothly, solar panels on our carport and south facing roof together with a hot water heat pump (Bomba) excellent follow up advice and help when needed. The best! Just had a install completed by Ralf, Juri and the team. They have been great to work with throughout, installation has been very neat and tidy. I also have to say how punctual the team is, if they give a date and time then you can count on it they would turn up. I have also had experience of the level of customer service, we had the failure of a part which we reported on a Sunday afternoon and they were out the following day to look at it and arrange a replacement under warranty. We went with a BatterX system and are very happy with it, it has exceeded expectations. They also have experience that goes beyond just PV install, they also do the additional related items like EV chargers and solar diverters. What I also like is that they are not just a sales team, they understand the products they sell very well and a happy to show installations they have done. Great company. Had a 7KW system with battery installed last week. We agreed a date 2 months ago with Ralf and he and his team arrived as promised and finished the job within a week. They were both very efficient and tidy. Best of all Ralf was able to install the system and battery in the basement garage without having to run cables through the house to the main fusebox. He also suggested a myEnergi charging system for our electric car and that works really well. Ralf and his son also loaded all the apps onto our various phones and computers which are very easy to use to monitor the system. I had a few other quotes which were much higher than Ralf's. So in summary I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Solarpower Portugal. Responsive, honest, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and good value. Shortly after purchasing a property on the Algarve, we were left without hot water following the failure of the previous owner’s DIY-project solar system. We contacted Solarpower and Ralf was working on the system a couple of hours later; very good response time as this was at a weekend. He quickly fixed the fault and offered advice on improvements to the system. We have subsequently had a PV system and a pool heater fitted by Solarpower; again, a lot of advice was forthcoming to enable us to make the right choices for our installations which where completed in a timely and very neat way. Solarpower are passionate about what they do and have been very patient and helpful with us as we work our way towards finding exactly the right solar system for us.
