We had a few quotes and discussions with solar panel suppliers and definitely had the best advice and installation experience with Ralf and his team. The installation went very smoothly, solar panels on our carport and south facing roof together with a hot water heat pump (Bomba) excellent follow up advice and help when needed. The best! Solarpower installed a 14kWh battery solar system on our property in 2020. From the start, I got immediate responses and much appreciated help to sort out problems with our current autoconsumo system installed by another company. Solarpower provided an offer and installed the system in record time. The work was done extremely professionally and fast. To top the customer experience, Solarpower even took care of the tedious dealings with EDP which was left unfinished by the previous company. At no extra charge! We had our solar installation installed by a 3rd party 2 years ago and suffered from a non working condition.It all got solved after I got introduced to Ralf who immediately arranged the necessary improvement to the installation much to our satisfaction.We later decided to have batteries installed as well and are now happy to be almost completely independant from the grid and no longer have high energy bills from EDP.Any problem we had during and after the installation finally worked were always immediately taken care of by Ralf and his staff.I can highly recommand Solarpower Portugal in case you are thinking of going solar powered!!
